This course is a must have for all professionals engaged in the civil aviation industry, as regulated by the FAA. Specifically, if you work in the design, manufacturing and/or maintenance aspects of the civil aviation industry, this course is designed for you. In this workshop, participants will gain a familiarization of the FAA regulatory system, the importance for compliance to requirements, and an appreciation for personal warrantee. The industry/FAA "Shell" chart is used throughout this workshop as a roadmap to understanding the interrelationships of 14 CFR.

Introduction to Barrier Analysis 101
This workshop is presented by Michael Dreikorn, and introduces participants to the concept and application of barrier analysis. It is approx 45 minutes in duration and is concluded with a quiz. Upon completion of the quiz, participants will receive a certificate of completion in the mail. The price of this workshop is $40 USD.
Barrier analysis evaluates the existing barriers organization's have in place to preclude poor perfmance and assesses the effectiveness of such barriers. It can also be utilized in a proactive manner, to prevent problems from occuring. Barrier analysis is a skill that every manager, engineer, and professional should have in their toolbox.
Introduction to Tree Diagrams
This 1 1/2 hours workshop will walk participants through the basics of Tree Diagrams, and is designed for anyone who needs to engage in quality improvement activities. Tree Diagrams (also known as Cause-and-Effect Diagrams, Fishbone Diagrams, and Ishikawa Diagrams) was first used in the 1960s, and is considered one of the seven basic tools of quality management, along with the histogram, Pareto chart, check sheet, control chart, flowchart, and scatter diagram.
