    To understand the stated and identify the unstated requirements of the customer/program and document such as a preliminary requirements document.

    Supplier Emphasis: 

    To understand and identify any unique supplier considerations such as special processes, traceability requirements, or restrictions on raw material.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    Ability to elicit from the customer/program the stated and unstated customer needs. Ability to express and present this information back to the customer and work with the customer to get customer acceptance. Ability to understand the stated and identify the unstated regulatory requirements and document such a preliminary requirements document.
