Process Purpose:
To review all applicable customer requirements documents, assess and determine that any and all applicable customer and/or regulatory requirements are conveyed in the technical data and/or purchasing documents.
Supplier Emphasis:
To the extent a supplier will outsource given state of work, ensure any and all applicable customer and/or regulatory requirements are conveyed in the technical data and/or purchasing documents.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Ability to review all applicable regulatory, customer, design, production, and quality requirements, to determine that any and all applicable flow down requirements are identified. Ability to ensure applicable requirements are conveyed in the technical data and/or purchasing documents. Ability to assess partner/supplier processes to ensure applicable requirements are conveyed to their suppliers. Ability to ensure applicable requirements reside in the requirements hierarchy tool.
